As Director of Strategy and Insights at VML, she leads an integrated team of market insights and brand planners, serving as a passionate advocate for people and ensuring the voice of the audience is at the heart of all business decisions. Her work combines rigorous research methodologies with creative thinking to drive transformative outcomes for regional and global brands.
Known for her ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, Kellyn has achieved remarkable results for clients such as Intel, Mazda, and Abbott. Her groundbreaking usability studies led to the development of Intel One Mono, a typeface designed to enhance the coding experience for developers with low vision, which has garnered over 80,000 downloads on GitHub and earned the prestigious Fast Company 2024 Innovation by Design Award in the Type Design category.
